OC Brew Hee Haw Craft Beer Roundup kicks off live entertainment at the fair – Orange County Register

The annual OC Brew Hee Haw Craft Beer Roundup returned to the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa on Friday, July 15, opening day of the OC Fair.

Brew Hee Haw was relocated to the Action Sports Arena this year and included three tasting sessions on Friday and Saturday. Patrons received unlimited tastings of more than 100 craft beers from breweries such as Asylum Brewing, Brewheim Beer Makers, Deschutes Brewing, Hangar 24, Modern Times Beer, Rad Beer Company and more.

Fans were also treated to live performances by rockabilly local Big Sandy & His Fly-Rite Boys and Greg Antista & The Lonely Streets.

The entertainment continues at the OC Fair throughout its run Wednesdays-Sundays through Aug. 14.

The Hangar, located in the heart of the OC Fairgrounds, will present nightly live music by a myriad bands with tributes to acts like Depeche Mode, Michael Jackson, Elton John, Fleetwood Mac, Bruno Mars, No Doubt, Queen and more.

Over at the adjacent Pacific Amphitheatre, both The Happy Together Tour and comedian Trevor Noah’s shows are back on after being rescheduled several times starting back in 2020. Promoters booked an eclectic mix of performers including R&B Legend Smokey Robinson, Southern California punk rock band The Offspring, electric violinist Lindsey Stirling, two evenings with reggae rockers Rebelution and more.

Tickets to the OC Fair are on sale now and must be purchased in advance at Ticketmaster.com. All concerts happening during the OC Fair run include same-day admission to the fair.
